Standing up for seniors and survivors
Survivors get attorneys who understand what it takes to come forward and stay safe.
- Establish an Elder Abuse Task Force to implement a dedicated approach to identifying and prosecuting the financial exploitation and abuse of seniors.
- Create a specialized Domestic Violence Prosecution Unit; dedicated prosecutors trained in victimless prosecution and the dynamics of abuse and victim safety.
- Designate existing prosecutors to specialize in human trafficking cases, joining Prince William and Alexandria in prioritizing this work.
- Assign specialized prosecutors to all sex cases.
